How can I request a new password ?

Have you forgotten your password ? Click on “Forgot password” in your MyUp Luxembourg account or via the app and choose one of the options below to set a new password:

Via your card number
Via your e-mail address
Via your cell phone number
You will receive your new password by e-mail.
